Modem Settings
Baud rate (must match host side)
300 baud (most robust)

Window size — chunks in flight (must match host side)
W=1 (stop-and-wait — best on lossy links e.g. AVD)
W=2
W=4 (fast, clean links)
W=8 (fastest, clean links only)
Modem type (must match host side)
AFSK — Bell 202 (1200/2200 Hz)
MFSK — M-ary FSK (configurable)
M — tones (log₂M bits/symbol, must match host side)
M=2 (1 bit/sym — same as AFSK)
M=4 (2 bits/sym)
M=8 (3 bits/sym) — recommended
M=16 (4 bits/sym)
Audio Devices
Microphone input — pick the USB audio device the KVM feeds (often "Dell Microphone")
Speaker output — pick the device the KVM captures (HDMI / USB depending on hookup)
